What Is a Disposition Statement

Procedures for forms vary depending on a student`s tenure in the program and the circumstances that triggered the documentation. For example, all students who follow T&L 301 will receive a PDA that indicates strengths and weaknesses (if any). In T&L 301, students will discuss the concepts of teachers` dispositions. Later in the program, a teacher may issue a PDA/PDEFE if certain behaviors are identified and need to be documented. My first principle, to which I am committed as a teacher, is to teach students the difference between good and evil. Observing in so many different preschool classes, I have found that some teachers apply good and bad behavior and others do not. Teachers I`ve observed who don`t apply bad behavior tend to lose control of the entire class. For example, if a student were to say something negative to another student, I would say to students who said something negative that we should not say that because it is not pretty. I would also explain to this student that if he were told this negative thing, he would not like what was said either. I also wouldn`t let negative comments affect decisions and school later in the child`s life. I would also apply a penalty depending on the seriousness of the situation.

If a student beats another student, then the student who met the student should take leave of the other students, and I would also explain why this is not a good choice to meet their “friends”. I can also have a reward system and those who behave badly lose their rewards. I think it is important for a child`s development to encourage good deeds and prevent bad deeds. How do you determine if a person has these professional dispositions? By carefully observing their behavior and actions. Is the teacher candidate a thoughtful and active listener? Does he participate in the discussions and is that participation respectful? Does the teacher candidate willingly give help? The teacher should be an excellent example of high values and a worthy role model for children. I believe that teachers can help children develop values that they may not be taught at home. Students must learn honesty, kindness, cooperation, patience, etc. Even if students score well at home, greater exposure to these scores will strengthen them. For example, in my kindergarten class as a child, I didn`t see anything wrong with stealing things from my classmates` desks. At home, I had been taught that I should not take what was not mine.

Apparently, I had to have this value reinforced by my teacher at school. My teacher told me that flying was not acceptable and disciplined me. After this incident, I had gained a clear understanding of this particular value. Another part of education is that early childhood teachers form close partnerships with their students` families. Good education should involve cooperation between teacher and parents. This can greatly benefit the child, as parents can then help them progress in what they learn in school. Institutions that certify teachers owe their best judgment and observations to the citizens of the state when making decisions that will have such a profound impact on the future. Identifying and assessing professional dispositions is a valuable tool for identifying and capturing important information about potential teachers to ensure they are optimally prepared for their professional lives. Throughout the special education teacher training program, personal growth was highlighted by the changes that took place in relation to professional arrangements. At the beginning of this program, this student teacher did not have the firm belief that all students could learn. Because they had little contact with students with severe learning disabilities, this student population did not seem able to learn. Working with people with special needs, including people with severe learning disabilities, has led to a change of faith, and now this teacher-trained student teaches in a classroom where students with severe learning disabilities live. A good early childhood educator is knowledgeable and pays attention to how children spread. Therefore, an important part of a good education is that teachers produce developmentally appropriate classroom lessons that develop state norms. I also believe that the lesson must tell the story of real life to be useful to the students.

I believe that high-quality school education comes from teachers who strive to prepare lessons that meet the needs of their students. An excellent teacher should always evaluate their lessons after they have been executed and see what has worked and what has not. They should upgrade where they are needed. When developing a personal statement on professional dispositions, the belief that all students are capable of learning forms the basis of this statement. Children with special needs demonstrate on a daily basis that all students are capable of learning, but not in the same way as students in general education. Learning is done in different ways, as the school population contains a variety of learners. The highly qualified educator does not build teaching around a single group, but creates a learning environment that meets the learning needs of all students. .
